Total bookings
The total number of bookings you have received for your studio through the Urban Sports Club app or FitogramPro booking tool. This number is one of the most important health indicators for your studio. Make sure you keep it growing and/or stable. Remember: bookings are not equal to attendance!
Share of booking origins
This chart shows you the percentage amount of bookings coming from various origins, for example, Urban Sports Club app or website, the Fitogram booking tool, or FitogramPro. This metric will help you understand where your bookings come from and which booking platform is preferred by your customers.
Top 5 events
See the long-term performance of your top 5 courses based on the total bookings. This way you will understand which class is the most successful and which one is not doing so well. Tip: What is so special about your best class? Trainer? A bigger room? Pace? Great music? Sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference.
Total customers
This is the total number of customers. It includes both old and new customers. Tip: This is a great way to control if your studio is growing. You want that number to be higher? Visit our blog to read more about winning new customers online.
Customer by gender
This graph shows you a percentage share of each gender among your customers (if provided in FitogramPro). Demographics are very helpful in better understanding of your customers. These insights may help you adjust the offering.
Top 5 products
This table shows which products your customers are using the most to book events. By understanding which product is popular, you can adjust your prices or promote less popular products and offers. Tip: Try to understand why your top product is so successful - Price? Accessibility? Flexible contract? This way you will understand your customers and their needs better.
Popular days of the week by the number of bookings
This is the total number of bookings from providers in your sport vertical from the last four weeks split in every day of the week. Tip: Try to understand the behaviour of the customer and use the days when most of the bookings happen to promote your classes.

The total number of bookings you have received via the Urban Sports Club app or website. This metric will help you understand how successful your partnership with Urban Sports Club is and estimate your next pay-out.
Total bookings by day of the week
This is the total number of bookings split up to every day of the week. Tip: Are there any major differences between some days? Try to understand what is good or maybe not so good about these days. Trainer? Start time? Room? You can also think about offering an extra class on the day with the most bookings.
Cancelled bookings
The number of how many bookings got cancelled in the past. The cancellation could be done by you or by the customer in the booking tool. Tip: If you are seeing a higher number of cancelled bookings, take a closer look and understand the reasons.
Waitlisted bookings
The number of bookings that were on your waiting list.

Bookings overview by live stream status
This graph shows you the number of bookings you received for your online courses. If you wish to keep online classes in your schedule, make sure this number is growing or remains stable. Tip: If you see a significant decrease in bookings, talk to your customers to understand why they stopped booking.
Attendance overview
Here you can see the attendance of your customers each day. This shows you how many customers who have booked actually showed up to your course. Tip: To get reliable data, always mark your customers as present in FitogramPro.
Cancelled booking overview
Here you can see how many bookings got cancelled for every single day. Tip: Are you seeing high cancellations on a specific day? Try to think why - is it the course structure or maybe the starting time?
Waitlisted bookings overview
See how many people are on your waiting list. Tip: If your waiting list is too big it means two things: 1) your courses are popular! 2) you need a solution. Think about moving the class into a bigger room or maybe offering additional courses.
When do your customers book?
This graph shows when your customers tend to book classes. Tip: It may be a good idea to send a newsletter/email to your old customers at the time of the highest bookings - you will increase the chance of them booking a class again!
Attendance overview by top courses
This shows you the attendance rate of your top courses. The attendance rate reflects the health of your business better than just bookings - it shows how many people actually came, not only booked a class. Tip: If your attendance rate is low, think about your cancellation policy to reduce no-shows.

Your top 20 events by number of bookings
This table shows you your top 20 courses based on the booking count. This way you will see which of your courses are the most successful and attract most customers. Tip: Think what is so special about your best courses and try to apply it to the less successful ones.
Top 10 single events by the number of bookings
This table shows you your top 10 single events based on your booking count. This way you will see which of your events are most successful. Tip: What is so special about your best event?
Most revisited 20 events
This table shows the average number of times your customers tend to revisit your 20 most revisited events. Customers that come back are more likely to recommend your studio to a friend, so this is a great business health indicator. Tip: Think what is so special about the most revisited course and try to apply it to your new courses or those that get revisited less often.

This is the total number of customers. Make sure you keep this number steadily growing.
Customers by gender
Shows a percental gender distribution among your customers. These insights may help you to adjust the offering. Tip: If you see ‘Unknown’ gender, make sure to mark the gender of your customers in FitogramPro.
Total visits by weekday
This graph shows you the total number of customers on each day of the week. Tip: See which day is preferred by your customers and dig deeper - what courses happen on that day? What time? What makes this day special?
Total customers by the hour of the day
This graph shows you the total number of customers visiting your studio / online classes by the hour of the day. Tip: This way you can see which time of the day is most convenient for your customers.
Total customers trend
This graph shows you the total number of customers visiting your studio / online classes daily in the last 30 days. Additionally, you can see the average daily number of customers. Tip: For a healthy, growing studio it is important to try and keep this trend stable or growing. Also: consider bank holidays while seeing a significant drop in the visits.
Your top & bottom 50 customers by their number of bookings
Here you can see which of your customers booked most and least in a specified time-frame (look at your filters). Tip: It is important to know your customers well and treat them individually. In this table, we have included their email addresses so you can contact them and either send a thank note for being an active customer or offer a discount to encourage them to book more. The stage is yours!
How long have your customers been with you?
This shows when your customers of this month had their first booking ever at your studio. This way you can see how well you retain your customers. Returning customers are good customers, so keep the number as high as possible. Tip: Happy and returning customers are most likely to tell their friends about your studio, so it is important to create a sustainable customer base.
Your top 50 customers by their all-time bookings
Here you can see which of your customers are booking most and least often based on their all-time bookings. On the right, you can control how much time passed since they have last booked a class. In that case, the less - the better! Tip: If one of your top customers hasn’t booked in more than 2 weeks, maybe its time to send them an email?
Your top 50 customers by their all-time bookings who recently booked
Here you can see your top 50 customers that have recently booked with you. Tip: These are your champions! Take care of them! Birthday note, special offer, or a simple welcome at the door will make a difference.
Your top 50 customers by their all-time bookings who haven't booked for over 30 days
Here you will see your top customers, who haven’t booked in a long time. Once great, they can become great again! Think about a special offer for a long-time-no-see. Tip: Based on that data you can also clean up your customer data. Maybe some of these customers moved out? Or maybe some of them changed the studio? Contact them and see what you can do better next time.
