Download the dashboard in PDF format

  1. At the top right of the page, click the gear icon.

  2. Select Download as PDF.

  3. Optionally, use the File Name field to change the name of the PDF file.

  4. Optionally, expand the Advanced Options menu to further customize your PDF file. Then select the One-Column Format check box if you want the dashboard tiles to be displayed as a vertical column in the PDF. If you want the tiles to appear in the PDF file as arranged in the dashboard, leave the option unchecked. You can also choose the optimal size and orientation for the PDF using the options on the Paper Size menu. For large visualizations or for groups with overlapping dashboard tiles, the size may need to be adjusted so that all elements fit on one PDF page.

  5. Click the Download button.

Download the dashboard in CSV format

  1. At the top right of the page, click the gear icon.

  2. Select Download as CSV to begin the download.

The compressed directory has a separate CSV file for each dashboard tile. Each CSV file contains the formatted data that was used to create the tiles in the dashboard.
