For members to be able to reserve your pitches in the Urban Sports Club App, please setup events of the type “appointments”:
Create “new event” in FitogramPro
Choose Type “Appointment” and make sure the status of your event is Public.
Mention in the description everything that members need to know about your session.
Create your event schedule
Please create only one slot for all your pitches in one eventgroup to avoid an overload of the Urban Sports Club App.
→ This means, as an example, if you have 4 Volleyball pitches that are rvented out for 60min each, from Monday to Friday between 12am and 7pm, your setup would look like in this example:
It will create the following 7 appointments available for your customers:
12:00 - 13:00
13:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 15:00
15:00 - 16:00
16:00 - 17:00
17:00 - 18:00
18:00 - 19:00
Then, for you 4 Volleyball fields, make sure that you add 4 available spots per hour and indicate in your event description that only one Member has to book the pitch.
