Step 1: Open Safari on your smartphone
Step 2: Enter the URL of the app
Step 3: Click on the button in the bottom middle
Step 4: Click on "Go to home screen
Step 5: Change the name of the app if you want to and click "Add" 

And the app is already stored on your home screen!
