In the Resource management submenu under Settings, go to the “Custom resources” section to add the equipment you use for your services.
Adding a Resource
Simply click on "Add a new custom resource" to add a new piece of equipment.
A new window will open where you can enter the most important information:
- Name
- Type
- Colour: for better differentiation in the calendar
- Picture: choose an image to show the client what type of resource is used during the course
- Description: you can add a short description of the equipment here
- URL: if you want to add a link to a specific website
Don’t forget to click on "Apply" to save.
Changing a Custom Resource
Click the “Details / Edit” button to change the information on a resource. Change what you need to and remember to click on "Apply" at the end to save.
Deactivate or Delete a Custom Resource
If you want to completely deactivate or delete a custom resource, click the black arrow box. Select "Deactivate" or "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
