From the Resource Management submenu in Settings, go to the Locations section where you can add and edit information about the location of your courses.

Add a Location Simply click on "Add a new location" to enter a new location (for outdoor courses) or a new room

A new window will open in which you can enter the most important information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Colour: to better distinguish the different locations in your calendar.
  • Description
  • Travel Information: if you want to give specific information about reaching the location (e.g. by naming a landmark)
  • URL: Here you can enter the Google Maps link for the address, so that the customer can find you more easily

Don’t forget to click on "Apply" to save

Changing a Location Click on the "Details / Edit" button to change the location information. Change what you need to and remember to click on "Apply" at the end to save.

Deactivate a Location If you want to completely deactivate or delete a location, click the black arrow box. Select "Deactivate" from the dropdown menu.
