Are new customers coming in every day and are your courses bursting at the seams? Fortunately, customer management in FitogramPro is a piece of cake! It only takes a few seconds to create customers and edit their details.

Customers can be easily created and edited in FitogramPro. Customer management is done in the menu item "Customers".

To create a new customer in FitogramPro, click on the big plus sign in the upper right-hand corner and select the option "Create a new customer". A new pop-up window will open where you can enter all the customer details.

First name and last name are the only two mandatory fields.
In order to invite your customers to your online booking system, where they can manage their bookings and buy products, it is also important to enter a valid email address. In FitogramPro, this is how we identify customers. For this reason, email addresses must not be assigned twice.

In addition, you also have the option of entering a telephone number, an image of the customer, date of birth, bank details and much more additional customer information.

Once you have entered all the data, click on "Apply" to save the changes.

Create new customers directly in the check-in area of an event

You can also create a new customer in the check-in area of an event. This is especially helpful if a new customer comes to the studio at a peak time and you want to register them as a customer and check them into a course at the same time.

To do this, simply click on "Check in new customer" in the respective event.

Four new fields will now appear where you can enter the new customer's first and last name and, if you want, their email address and telephone number. If you then check in the customer, they will automatically be saved in your customer database.
