Have you mistakenly cancelled a customer's contract or has the customer actually decided they would like to stay? You can easily reverse the cancellation in FitogramPro. 


Of course, you have the possibility to withdraw the cancellation of a contract in FitogramPro:

  1. Go to the respective customer's page (e.g. by using the general search bar).
  2. Click on the cancelled contract.
  3. Click on "Withdraw cancellation" on the right.
  4. A new pop-up window will open in which you will be asked whether you really want to withdraw the cancellation.
  5. Click on "Apply".


If a cancellation is withdrawn, the contract will then continue as usual.
