Better safe than sorry! Add your terms and conditions and your privacy policy so that your customers can accept them in your online class schedule.

During the online booking, your customers have to agree to your terms and conditions and your privacy policy. 

In order for this to work properly, the corresponding links must of course be added. 

Your terms and conditions and privacy policy must first be on your website (or an alternative website) so that your customers can be taken to these by clicking on "Terms & Conditions" or "Privacy Policy".

In FitogramPro, go to Settings > Online Booking Calendar > Add details > Manage website guidelines. Here you have the option to create advanced settings.

Add the link to your terms and conditions under T&Cs URL and do the same with your privacy policy under Privacy Policy URL.

The changes will be saved automatically and the links will be incorporated in your online course schedule.
