Of course, you have the possibility to withdraw the cancellation of a contract. You can do this in the respective customer’s profile. You can either search for the customer via "Customers" in the menu or use the general search bar at the top right to search for the customer’s name.

Click on the contract whose cancellation you want to withdraw. In the overview, click on "Withdraw cancellation" on the right.

A new pop-up window will open in which you will be asked once again if you really want to withdraw the cancellation. You confirm the process by clicking on "Confirm".

If a cancellation is withdrawn, the contract will then continue as usual.
