Be sure first to go through all the settings for your classes to make sure that they are set up correctly. This setup may take you anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on how many classes you have.
Preparing your FitogramPro classes for the integration with USC
In order to ensure that all of your classes in FitogramPro are synchronized right with USC there are a couple of settings that need to be set up correctly to ensure that all event groups will be shown on your USC profile. In order to set everything up correctly please follow the steps below:
- Select an event group - Go to the event and select an event group, either by clicking on an event in the calendar or by displaying it in a list and clicking on the event group
- Ensure a “category” is selected -In order for your classes to appear on your USC Profile they must have a category selected in Fitogram. So please make sure the right category is selected in the event group settings.
- Check the “online cancellation policy” - In the cancellation part, only the "can cancel" configuration is taken into account by USC and matches to their payment policy of USC customers who cancel within the time specified in this field.
- “Confirm” all changes - When you have made the necessary changes, click on "confirm" to save the changes.
- Repeat the process for all other event groups - All you have to do is repeat the procedure for all the event groups you want to see on the USC App or Website.
Enable the USC integration
- Select “Account” under the “Settings” Tab
- Underneath “Urban Sports Club”, Click on the “Enable” Button - As soon as you click “Connect” you will be guided through the activation of the integration in FitogramPro
Your FitogramPro account is now ready to be integrated with your Urban Sports Club account/profile. Please contact you Partner Account Manager at USC via [email protected] in order to finalize your integration, this process may take up to 5 business days.
