In FitogramPro, you have the possibility to track all email notifications sent to your customers.
You do this in the notification summary that you will find in the respective customer’s profile. You can either search for the customer via "Customers" in the menu or use the general search bar at the top right to search for the customer name.
Click on the "Notification summary" button in the customer's profile.
A new pop-up window will now open with an overview of all notifications sent by email for purchases, cancellations and bookings. Here you can see the date as well as the exact time at which the email notification was sent.
Now, if someone complains that their credit point has been deducted even though they cancelled the event in time, you can check this easily.
