How do I add/delete an Admin?

Want to give your trainer or employees their own access to FitogramPro? Here we’ll show you how to add a new admin to FitogramPro.

Add New Admin

To create a new admin, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to Settings > Your FitogramPro Account > Admins.

  2. Click on "Add New Admin".

  3. A pop-up window will open.

  4. Enter the email address of the new admin.

  5. Click on "Check".

  6. If the admin has never existed on the system before, then click on "Create New User".

  7. Enter the first and last name of the new admin.

  8. Click on "Register User". 

  9. Select a role. More info here.

  10. Click on "Apply".

Do you also want the new admin to be notified of customer bookings and cancellations by email? You can also set this up in the admin details. To do this, click on the desired messages under "Communications" to be sent as copies.

Delete Admin

You can, of course, also delete a created admin at any time. The deleted admin can no longer access your FitogramPro.

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Admins.

  2. Click on the "Details/Edit" button next to the admin you want to delete.

  3. Select "Delete".

  4. Click on "Apply".
