Add a new trainer

  1. Go to Settings > Resource Management > Trainers. 
  2. Click on "Add new trainer".
  3. Enter the name of the trainer, a personal description and other details.
  4. Click on "Confirm"

Only the first name, picture and description are visible to your customers. 

Tip: In our experience, adding a picture of the trainer has a very positive impact on new customers. So don't be shy - show your customers who they're dealing with and upload a photo of your trainer.

Edit a trainer

  1. Go to Settings > Resource Management > Trainers.
  2. Click on Details in the line of the corresponding trainer
  3. Save your changes by clicking on "Confirm"

Trainer Notifications

Do you want your trainers to be notified about customer bookings and cancellations for their events? Then you can set this up under the trainer details. To do this, go to "Notifications" and click on the notifications which should be sent as a copy to the trainer.

Attention: If your trainer is given Admin status, the administrator settings may override these settings.

Delete/ Deactivate a trainer

  1. Go to Settings > Resource Management > Trainers.
  2. Click on the three dots in the line of the corresponding trainer
  3. Chose "Delete" / "Deactivate"
  4. Confirm the deletion / deactivation in the pop-up window
